Note This short story is a spin off from Dancing Around the Cop, book two in the Alpha and Omega series so technically it is book 2.5 in the series. However doesn't allow half numbers in it's book listings which is why it is shown as book 6. While it can be read as a standalone, you will understand more about the secondary characters if you have read that book first.
This book is an M/M true mate romance. It depicts intimate scenes between males.

This is a m/m story it's book 2.5 it's a follow-up after book 2 even though it's like the 6 book written, and wow I love a hot marine Q and Sully a detective. This is about a shifter finding his mate. How in life you see the bigotry in the work place. And having to make a choice. This was a story I did want it to end, I want to continue to read to see what happens. I have all of Lisa Oliver's book I started with Cloverleah Pack and her writing has gotten better and better. If you love a great story pick this up you can read as a lone book but it has other characters from the 1st two books and I do recommend reading them first, so that you understand Sully better.Product details

When Sully was first introduced in Dancing Around the Cop, I didn't really like him. I should have know Ms Oliver would redeem him and give him a HEA. He's not a bad guy, and you will totally understand why he acts the way he does after reading his story. A Change of Plans is a great addition to the Alpha and Omega series!
I liked this book, because for me it helped tie up loose ends. I also liked that Sully didn't make things easy on himself and try to midigate what happened with Zander.
I love the way that Lisa's able to pull you into a story and keep you there.
I.also liked how she uses everyday occurrence to strengthen the bond between mates.
A love story that shows that anyone can have love if they are willing to reach out and take it when it's presented to them. Even a formerly openly homophogic man. Both men have to change their plans to find a new life together. But love finds a way, and these two embraced it with open eyes and hearts. I will always recommend this author to anyone who loves a good story about hot men and wolf shifters.
I Love this book!!!!! What a wonderful job turning a non-likable character to a character a reader is rooting for to find his HEA! A Change of Plans is a great addition to Lisa Oliver's Alpha andd Omega series because it has a good story, great characters, and of course, a well deserved HEA. I'm a big fan of all of Lisa's books and enjoy reading over and over as I know I will with this story.
I had wondered about these two since reading Dancing around the Cop and Sully and Q definitely is worth the wait. I have yet to read a book by Lisa Oliver where the real world simply melts away and this was no exception. Sully had a very hard time in the last book but now, he is beginning to get a little more comfortable in his skin. Q is trying to decide what he should do with his life when suddenly he meets his mate.
This story was just about perfect. I loved how I was certain that Sully was going to do something unforgivable in the last book, and yet I'm 100% rooting for him in this one. I liked that he and Q didn't really have much of any drama - with everything going on against Sully, Q was able to be his sage harbor from pretty much the beginning.
once again another great story from Lisa Oliver that fills in a question at the end of one tale and lets us see more of characters that have teased our curiosity in another of her books! I will never tire of reading Lisa's work! If you have never read her work start with the first of this series, ir you have read her work before then this is yet another series to add to your FAVES list! Gotta go, gonna reread the Cloverleah series AGAIN! then pick another to reread or buy something new in her collections! So many books so many choices!
